The terms and conditions apply to all of the transactions conclude with the customer, when customers shop via www.mypetshop.com.my website at the online store. Please read them carefully before placing order and print a copy for your future reference. By registering at the online store, you have accepted and agreed to be bound by the online store terms and conditions which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Magna Nova Sdn Bhd.
The Company reserves the right to alter the online store terms from time to time.
The online store terms are subject to Malaysian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. We are only able to take orders through the online store for delivery to the countries listed on the checkout pages. If the country that you require delivery to is not visible then we will not be able to process your order.
Order and payment acknowledgement will be validated before the order is being process. Once customers' order is being process, a Delivery Order will be sent to customers by email or whatsapps. Our confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders of products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.
We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if the issuer of customers' payment fail.Availability of Products
If online store products become temporarily unavailable, we shall hold your order until we have the product back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. The Company has made every effort to ensure the availability of all products we published on the website. All product prices may change in line with Malaysia government, Customs and Excise and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities. Promotions and prices you see in the Company real stores and catalogues do not necessarily apply to the online store, and vice versa.
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to outside Malaysia. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

Customer order will be dispatched depending on delivery type selected. Delivery by Maxim Motto Logistics Services and third party courier service will be within 7 working days. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. If you would like to view the status of your order please visit ‘Order History’ in the ‘Customer Services’ section of the online store. If, after checking your Order History, you have any questions about the status of your order then please refer to our FAQ section, accessible from the menu of every page.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct. Mypetshop will not be responsible for any incorrect billing and shipping addresses.
We are authorise to share customers' personal information with third parties who are used to fulfil your order or satisfy our obligations to you. Our delivery officer will not accept any payment. All products must be paid in full before we start packing for delivery.Cancellation/Returns Policy
We have the right to cancel any order customers made for any product if customers fail our validation or security checks. If payment has been made, then customers will receive a full refund and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to confirm such refund to the e-mail address that customers provide in registration form.

We strive to serve you better with quality service, there are some orders had been for the sake of fun. Therefore, Mypetshop reserves the rights to cancel the order if the customer cannot be contacted either by phone or mail within one (1) week after the order had been made. Mypetshop may cancel the order without any prior notice.Coupon
Coupons provided by Mypetshop are restricted to our own rules and regulations as below:-
